"It takes a village"

On this page you will find resources that have helped me on my path to healing. It truly takes a village to journey through life.  You are not suppose to walk it alone. As author Charlie Mackesy so beautifully worded it " asking for help isn't giving up, it is refusing to give up."

Mental Health:

  • Psychology Today- This is the best site to find a mental health counselor, therapist, or psychologist in your area that takes your insurance.

  • The Holistic Psychologist- Nicole is amazing! A wonderful resource for all things mental health with a holistic approach.

  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline- (800)-273-8255: If you are having thoughts of suicide, please call this number your life matters.

Physical Health:

  • Dr. Dan's Natural Healing Center- Dr. Dan is a Kinesiologist that does Nutrition Response Testing and The Morphogenic Field Technique to evaluate each patient. With Nutrition Response Testing, he address the root of the issue, not just the symptoms.

Spiritual Health:

  • Asia Suler of One Willow Apothecaries- Looking to connect more with plants and herbs? Asia is for you! Her YouTube videos are very soothing and educational. She has a gift for awakening you in becoming one with the universe.

Podcast:

  • Psychic Teachers- If you are looking to open up your psychic abilities or know more about the metaphysical world, this is the perfect podcast for you. Eventually you will begin to feel like Samantha & Deb are good friends that you have tea with once week. I could not recommend this podcast more.

  • Enlightened Empaths- If you are navigating through life as an empath than this is an amazing supportive podcast for you. It will help you understand your gifts and realize that you are not alone. Samantha & Denise also share wonderful strategies to help you thrive.

  • Holistic Life NavigationLuis Mojica is a Somatic therapist, musician, holistic nutritionist, and herbalist. he teaches people how to release stress, illness, and trauma by listening to their bodies.

  • Tarot Bytes- Theresa Reed the Tarot Lady is a wonderful resource if you are looking to start using Tarot Cards. Make sure to check out her website where she explains the meaning of each card in a very fun easy to understand style!

Apps:

  • Tapping Solutions- This is a great app that I use for Emotional Freedom Technique also known as EFT (tapping). Emotional Freedom Technique  works by tapping on acupressure meridians to release blockages like emotions, fears, trauma and more. This helps the problem or feeling move through the body and be released. It also is a neuroplasticity tool that helps retrain your brain.

  • Insight Timer- This is a free app, that comes with a multitude of  guided medications!
