Soul Searching

The following is a channelled message from my spirit guides.

Many times in a human's life, they are soul searching. We call this navigating the unknown. In times of certainty, you know who you are. You know what is expected of you and where you are going. These are very calm waters; there is not much turbulence or change.

But what if you enter a time when you do not know what lies ahead?

You can predict as much as you want. But your minds cannot see past what is in front of you. And if what is in front of you is something you have never gone through before or experienced, then well, we say that you are in a time of soul searching.

These times feel challenging, yes, and they can cause us a great deal of pain, but they are gems. They are the pearl inside of an oyster. For we never look to discover who we are when things are easy. It is in challenging times that we find ourselves.

It is freeing not to know what you are doing because you get to learn. You get to play and be free. Yes, the certainty of having a plan is comforting, but it can be boring to the soul. It is when our dreams have fallen through, and we are left with just self-reliance and wonder that we find more of who we are at our core, and we feel changed, like a new version of ourselves because we have braved the wilderness.

Soul searching is a special gift that we spirits get excited for you to embark on; we know that it comes with pain, but you are genuinely going to be grateful that you allowed yourself the opportunity to grow.
